01. What is inside each Skwared Box?

No surprises here. Because we take great care in curating each SKWARED BOX to perfection, we ship exactly what you see on each product page. On the rare occasion that we are out of stock on a particular item, we will personally contact you with options of equal or greater value (and aesthetic).

02. Do the boxes come with a note?

Each SKWARED BOX includes a custom-designed note. You simply pick one of our designed cards and provide us with your message and we'll handle the rest.

03. Do the boxes ever change?

Well Yes, they do. We’re constantly innovating and updating our product portfolio to refresh existing boxes, and we're always coming up with new box ideas.

04. Can I customize a box?

At the moment, you cannot customize a box for individual use but we do customize boxes for corporate and events with a minimum order of 20 boxes. Check out our corporate page for the full details.

05. What are the available box sizes?

We have 2 box sizes:
SMALL (Matte Black and Greige) // 20*20*10 cm
BIG (Matte Black and Greige) // 30*30*12 cm

06. I have multiple discount codes, why aren't they working?

Unfortunately, you'll have to pick one. None of our codes or discounts are stackable.

07. Do you have any boxes for guys?

Yes! We've got some amazing male-oriented pre-packed boxes your man-friends will be stoked on. Plus, we have a black box option for a perfectly sleek (and gender-neutral) gift.

08. Our shipping manifesto.

Skwared Box will be offering FREE SHIPPING anywhere in the United Arab Emirates.

09. Does Skwared Box ship as shown?

Each box will ship like shown and inside a shipper box so it stays nice and pretty.

10. How long will my box take to arrive?

Orders take 2 to 4 business days to arrive via standard shipping, depending on where it's going. During this time, our processing window can be up to 2 days. At this time, we do not deliver on Fridays. Our deliveries will be made between Saturday and Thursday.

11. What is your return policy?

All sales are final but trust us, we work so much on curating these gift boxes to make sure everyone loves them. We don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.

12. I don't need the box delivered on a specific day but by a specific day. What then?

While we can't guarantee delivery on a specific day, you are welcome to email us at [email protected] with your order number and the day you'd like it delivered by and we'll do our best to make it happen.

13. It says the delivery of my Skwared Box was unsuccessful, what happens now?

We're here to help call carriers, companies and track down packages, but there is only so much we can do. If the delivery was unsuccessful due to customer error, most often an incorrectly inputted address, we are happy to send a replacement, but do charge an 25 AED shipping fee.

14. Where do you ship?

We ship everywhere in the United Arab Emirates. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time but hope to start shipping to more countries soon. We will keep you updated once that's available.

15. Do you offer a pickup option?

We do not offer a pick-up option at the moment.
